Privacy Policy

Declaration on the duty to provide information (privacy policy)

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set your browser to notify you when cookies are set and only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service (“Google Inc.”). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and guarantees compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. This automatic data collection takes place for statistical purposes to optimize the websites and online marketing. This so-called “visitor data” includes, in particular, the name of the provider, the IP address, the type of browser and operating system, as well as the pages accessed, including any search terms and the websites from which you accessed our website. In all cases, processing is anonymous, i.e., the data is not assigned to your person. If you do not agree to the collection of this data, you can refuse the collection and storage of data for Google Analytics at any time with future effect. Further information about Google Analytics User data is stored for a period of 6 months.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
